The La Monferrina P6 Pasta Extruder is a freestanding pasta maker designed for medium pasta production in restaurant, commercial kitchens and catering operations that wish to offer fresh pasta. The P6 machine has a hopper capacity of 7 lbs/ 6 kg per batch and a production capacity of 33-40lbs/hr (15-18kg/hr).

La monferrina P6 automatic pasta maker does it all from mixing, extruding, cutting, and drying! In addition to extruding both short and long pastas,a choice of 4 pasta dies is included (some exclusions may apply), the P6 is capable of producing ravioli with the optional ravioli attachment (La Monferrina Multi Pasta Attachment). For production simplicity and speed, the P6 features an adjustable automatic cutting motor and an integrated fan for drying, and one plastic drying tray. 4 pasta dies are included with the P6 machine: Spaghetti (1.9mm), Linguini (3.2mm) , Fusilli (10mm) & Casarecce (9mm), with 100 additional shapes/dies sold separately!

      Exchanges (if applicable)

      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

      If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
