The long and sharp 12" Duo-edge Roast Slicer makes it easy to portion food cleanly and evenly in one efficient stroke. This knife boasts a series of alternating small hollow ground ovals on the side of the blade to enable air, juices, and fats to lubricate the blade for smooth slicing. The stain-free, high-carbon duo-edge blade allows for ultra-thin slicing and the ample length facilitates long, even cuts. The unique Dex-Tex dual textured handle is soft to the touch with a firm, slip-resistant grip for safe and accurate cuts.

Crafted with DEXSTEEL: The blade is crafted with DEXSTEEL, our proprietary high-carbon, high-alloy American stainless steel. Calibrated to exacting standards, our exclusive formula achieves the ideal composition for optimal strength, durability and corrosion resistance. Blades are also heated and cooled to precise temperatures to enhance the gain structure for maximum performance.
