The sleek design of our Cool Blue™ 8" Perforated Turner is ideal for both flipping delicate foods like fish and eggs off the grill or griddle and handling heavier foods such as hamburgers and meats. The stainless steel, perforated blade is precision ground for just-right flexibility with multiple holes to allow excess oil, grease, or juices to drain from food. The three beveled edges are rounded to assist in sliding under and lifting food off the grill surface without puncturing the food. Constructed with a comfortable high-heat, melt-resistant handle built to withstand temperatures up to 500°.
