The ALFA PEXT-12 transforms your mixer (fits Hobart and other popular brands) into a fresh pasta maker! The PEXT-12 is a fresh pasta maker that attaches to your planetary mixer’s hub. Capable of extruding 20-30 lbs/hr, the PEXT-12 is a cost effective alternative to a table top pasta extruder, which requires a much larger equipment investment.
