ALFA DK298 CBN Diamond Knife Sharpener

The ALFA DK-298 CBN Diamond Knife Sharpener features CBN diamond wheels that sharpen both sides of the blade simultaneously with sharpening wheel speeds of 6,600-8,000 RPMs. The DK-298 features two sharpening slots to accommodate most knife types: the left for thick bladed knives like a meat clever, and the right slot for Ceramic blade and thin bladed blades, like a boning knife.
