Connerton A4-F Series Over-Under Broilers

Unique over / under broiling system where heat is applied to both sides of the product simultaneously with two sets of burners totaling 156,000 BTU. One set is under each of the two broiling griddles which are thermostatically controlled. The other set is above the broiling griddles and is infrared radiant type, producing a penetrating heat. The top griddle receives it’s heat from the broiler top burners. Volume production is achieved in small amount of floor and hood space.
